Off Season Pitching Program

Pitching Programs are designed to develop and enhance a pitcher's skills, including velocity, accuracy, off-speed pitches, and mechanics. This program aims to build a strong foundation for pitchers of all levels, from beginners to advanced players. Throwing gas is important and needed to play at the collegiate or pro level. This will be point of focus to stay ahead of the evolving game. But, our program is designed to but just as much emphasis on building a complete pitcher that your team can count on every time you step on the mound.

     Nov 2nd - March 5th

     Youth: Ages 10-13

     High School: Ages 14-18

Mon: 6-7pm 90% full

Tues: 5-6pm 60% full

Wed: 6-7pm 35% full

Youth Flex Program:

Designed to fit around your busy winter schedule. We offer 8 session packages that you purchase up front, and then sign up for hourly training sessions as your schedule allows. This package allows you to sign up for both hitting and pitching sessions.

Each player receives an individual pre-program assessment, mid-season report card, and final player evaluation report at the end of the program.

Mechanical Development

Refine and perfect pitching mechanics to ensure a smooth, efficient delivery that minimizes injury risk and maximizes performance.​

Velocity Training:

Utilize specialized drills and strength conditioning to increase pitch velocity, helping pitchers gain a competitive edge.

Functional Movement:

Implement exercises and drills to improve overall mobility, flexibility, and strength, leading to better balance and stability on the mound.​

Pitch Grips and Movement

Teach and refine various pitch grips to enhance movement and control, including fastballs, curveballs, sliders, and change-ups.
