Hitting Programs
Hitting programs are designed to introduce players to more advanced techniques, drills, and coaching. These programs aim to get players comfortable with their swing and improve their metrics such as bat speed and exit velocity.
Program Schedule
This program starts early November and goes through mid March. Players have the option to hit one or two days a week.

What We Offer
We offer programs for high school and youth hitters alike. High school programs are tailored for the more experienced players ages 14-18 years old, and our youth program is specialized to those ages 10-13. Each session listed on our page will specify the age group and the time that program is held. For more specific information, visit the "High school Hitting" or "Youth Hitting" tabs.
Topics of Focus
Hitters will work on skills that include:
-
Improving Bat Speed: Use targeted drills and exercises to increase bat speed, allowing players to generate more power and make stronger contact with the ball.
-
Building Efficient Movements: Focus on optimizing swing mechanics and overall body movement to create a smooth, powerful, and repeatable swing.
-
Hitting Approach: Teach players how to develop a strategic hitting approach, including pitch selection, timing, and adjusting to different pitchers.
-
Situational Hitting: Provide instruction on situational hitting techniques, helping players make smart decisions at the plate based on the game context, such as advancing runners and hitting to specific parts of the field.
